Job summary

ATEXIS Group in Seville is seeking a C295 Instructor Pilot to deliver ground training to international customers, ensuring high training standards and developing aircrew capabilities worldwide.

You will perform FTD/FFS sessions on time, prepare briefings, conduct debriefings, and maintain the student progress notebook. You will apply Airbus DS training activities, review training docs, and support continuous professional growth.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as C295 and/or CN235 pilot.
• Desirable experience as Instructor Pilot.
• Desirable experience with NVG and tactical missions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ground training to international customers with high standards.
• Perform FTD and FFS sessions on time and with quality.
• Prepare briefings for FTD and FFS sessions.
• Conduct briefings and debriefings with customers.
• Maintain student progress notes and training records.
• Deliver theory training sessions as required.
• Report deviations; apply ATO Manuals, FTOM and training documents.
• Review and amend Flight Operation Briefing Notes and training manuals.

We are currently looking for a C295 Instructor Pilot to join our team in Seville. In this role, you will deliver ground training to international customers, ensuring the highest training standards and contributing to the development of aircrew capabilities worldwide.

• Perform FTD and FFS sessions on time and quality for assigned courses
• Prepare the briefing for FTD and FFS sessions
• Perform Briefing (1 hour) before the session and debriefing (1 hour) after the session with the customer
• Fill the student progress note book
• Perform theory training sessions
• Report any important customer deviation from the expected standards
• Know and apply ATO Manuals, Flight Training standardization documents and FTOM when performing Airbus DS training activities
• Review and amend the following training documents: Flight Operation Briefing Notes, Training briefing guides, Flight Crew Training manuals

• Previous experience as C295 and/or CN235 pilot
• Desirable previous experience as Instructor Pilot
• Desirable previous experience with NVG, tactical missions
