Lubrizol Corporation in Gavà is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to help keep the EKON ERP platform and related processes stable, secure and aligned with business needs. You will connect business users, IT teams and external partners while building knowledge and documentation for sustainable support.

You will gather business needs, translate them into functional requirements, perform testing, manage access and data, and contribute to process improvements across local and global initiatives.

Formación

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent with relevant experience.
• Experience in business process analysis and ERP systems.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Fluent written and spoken Spanish and English.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day functional support to EKON users and coordinate resolutions with IT and vendors.
• Gather and document business needs, translate to functional requirements and assess impacts.
• Coordinate functional testing for fixes, upgrades and migrations to meet requirements.
• Support user access, master data, settings and audit activities with owners.
• Maintain clear process, system and support documentation.
• Coordinate stakeholders and vendors and communicate progress, risks and decisions.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and automate business processes and participate in projects.

Position: Business Systems Analyst

Location: Gava

Job Type: Full-time. Hybrid

How You’ll Make an Impact

As a Business Systems Analyst you will help keep the Gava site ERP platform (EKON) and related business processes stable, secure and aligned with business needs. You will connect business users, IT teams and external partners while building the knowledge and documentation needed for sustainable support. In this role, you will:

• Provide day-to-day functional support to EKON users, investigate incidents and coordinate resolution with global IT and vendors.
• Gather and document business needs, translate them into clear functional requirements and assess impacts on processes, data, controls and integrations.
• Coordinate and perform functional testing for fixes, enhancements, upgrades and migrations, confirming that solutions meet agreed requirements.
• Support user access, master data, functional settings, application controls and audit activities in coordination with the relevant owners.
• Maintain clear process, system and support documentation.
• Coordinate stakeholders and vendors, communicating progress, risks, impacts and decisions related to EKON initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, automate and digitize business processes, and contribute to local and corporate projects.

Required Qualifications that Enable Your Success

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration with a technology focus, or equivalent relevant professional experience may be considered.
• Experience in business process analysis and working with ERP systems.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Fluent spoken and written Spanish and English.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications that Drive You Forward

• Experience supporting ERP systemimplementations, upgrades, migrations or continuous-improvement projects.
• Working knowledge of SQL and experience analyzing data or supporting reporting activities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office365
• Experience with AIautomation ordata intelligence is a plus
• An interest in developing toward ERP application ownership.
