Siegfried is seeking a Senior Process Transformation Lead to shape enterprise process architecture and governance. You’ll connect high-level strategy with operational execution, lead cross-functional mapping across manufacturing, QA, supply chain, and R&D, and partner with digital teams to deploy innovative solutions.

You will drive process simplification, automation, and performance improvements while ensuring compliance with regulations and industry best practices.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field; MBA a plus.
• Professional certification such as CBAP/CBPA or equivalent.
• 5+ years in business process transformation, digital transformation, AI, or tech roles.
• Advanced project management skills.
• Business English; German would be a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, document, and maintain enterprise-level process architecture linking strategy to execution.
• Lead process mapping and modelling for multiple functions using standards like BPMN/APQC/SCOR.
• Ensure designs align with regulation and industry best practices; identify opportunities for simplification and automation.
• Partner with digital transformation teams to embed solutions and drive quick wins and longer-term projects.
• Establish and maintain process governance and conduct periodic reviews to ensure compliance.

Your Role:

• Develop, document, and maintain enterprise-level process architecture, linking strategic objectives to operational execution.
• Lead process mapping and modelling (using BPMN, APQC, SCOR or equivalent standards) for manufacturing, quality control, supply chain, sales, R&D and all other supporting functions.
• Ensure process designs are aligned with corporate strategy, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities for process simplification, automation, and performance enhancement.
• Partner with digital transformation colleagues to embed solutions, using existing or new applications and technologies into development workflows, streaming projects into ones which are quick wins that can be developed with speed and simplicity or others which require longer-term, collaborative transformation projects.
• Establish and maintain process governance frameworks to ensure consistent adoption and accountability.
• Conduct periodic reviews of processes to ensure ongoing alignment with evolving regulations.
• Act as a bridge between operational teams, IT, and senior leadership to translate business needs into executable processes.
• Lead workshops and training sessions to ensure effective knowledge transfer and adoption of new processes.
• Drive cultural adoption of process-oriented thinking across the organization.

Lead digital transformation initiatives by managing idea pipelines, governance frameworks, project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and the adoption of innovative business solutions.

Required Education And Experience:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. MBA or equivalent business management qualifications are a plus.
• Professional certification such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional), CBPA (Certified Business Process Architect) or equivalent.
• 5 years of proven experience in business process transformation, digital transformation, AI, or technology implementation roles.
• Advanced project management skills.
• Business English proficiency; German would be a plus
