Job description

You will collaborate with our Operations and Product teams to optimize how our video content is produced, analysed, and scaled across platforms reaching millions of viewers worldwide.

Your mission is to support and improve our business and product operations through data analysis, process optimization, and hands-on experimentation. This role is responsible for ensuring operational order, analytical insights, and continuous testing across content, tools, and workflows.

You’ll work closely with the PMs, Squad Leads, and you will be trained and mentored by the Business Operations Analyst. The process involves managing tools, analyzing performance, running tests, and structuring information to make decisions. Ultimately, your work will contribute to improving efficiency, scalability, and the impact of our content, while supporting company-wide operations and business development efforts.
