Job summary

En SII Group Spain, West, se busca impulsar tu carrera en un entorno internacional y estimulante. Desarrollarás negocio y gestionarás clientes, prospección y seguimiento de oportunidades, así como reclutamiento y liderazgo de equipos dentro de la unidad.

Serás pieza clave para la gestión operativa, monitorizarás KPI y prepararás informes para la coordinación diaria. Se valora la visión emprendedora y el dominio del inglés, con oportunidades de crecimiento en un equipo certificado como Great

Qualifications

• Licenciatura en ingeniería.
• Excelente dominio del inglés, escrito y hablado.
• Experiencia inicial en funciones técnicas.
• Buenas habilidades organizativas, escucha activa y orientación al cliente.
• Dinámica, rigor, ambición y espíritu emprendedor.

Responsibilities

• Desarrollo de negocio y gestión de clientes.
• Prospección, llamadas en frío, reuniones y seguimiento de oportunidades.
• Identificación de necesidades, elaboración de propuestas comerciales y relaciones a largo plazo.
• Reclutamiento y seguimiento de la equipo.
• Contratación de tu propio equipo y acompañamiento en proyectos con clientes.
• Apoyo a la gestión operativa de la Unidad de Negocio.
• Seguimiento de KPIs (actividad, margen, previsión).
• Preparación de informes y apoyo a la coordinación diaria de la unidad.

Your role will combine business development, recruitment, and support in team management.

• Business development and client management
• Cold calling, prospecting, client meetings, and opportunity follow-up
• Identifying needs, preparing commercial proposals, and building long-term relationships
• Recruitment and team follow-up
• Hiring your own team and helping it grow within projects, with clients, and within SII
• Support to the operational management of the Business Unit
• Monitoring key performance indicators (activity, margin, forecast)
• Preparing reports and supporting the day-to-day coordination of the unit

YOUR PROFILE

• An Engineering degree
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Initial experience in technical roles
• Strong organizational skills, active listening, and a client-oriented mindset
• Dynamism, rigor, ambition, and an entrepreneurial spirit
