SII Group Spain busca potenciar su desarrollo comercial y soporte operativo en su Unidad de Negocio. La función combina desarrollo de negocio, prospección, reclutamiento y apoyo a la gestión de equipos en un entorno internacional y dinámico.

Se valorará Ingeniería, dominio avanzado de inglés y experiencia inicial en roles técnicos, con enfoque en crecimiento y gestión de clientes. Contrato indefinido y oportunidades de desarrollo dentro del grupo.

Formación

• Ingeniería requerida.
• Dominio del inglés escrito y hablado.
• Experiencia inicial en roles técnicos.
• Habilidades organizativas y orientación al cliente.

Responsabilidades

• Desarrollar negocio y gestión de cartera de clientes.
• Realizar llamadas en frío, prospección, reuniones y seguimiento de oportunidades.
• Identificar necesidades, preparar propuestas comerciales y mantener relaciones a largo plazo.
• Reclutamiento y seguimiento del equipo.
• Contratar y hacer crecer el equipo dentro de proyectos y con clientes.
• Soporte a la gestión operativa de la Unidad de Negocio.
• Monitorear KPIs (actividad, margen, previsión).
• Preparar informes y coordinar la unidad a diario.

As part of SII Group Spain's continued growth, you will play a key role in supporting the commercial and operational development of our Business Unit.

Your role will combine business development, recruitment, and support in team management.

• Business development and client management
• Cold calling, prospecting, client meetings, and opportunity follow-up
• Identifying needs, preparing commercial proposals, and building long-term relationships
• Recruitment and team follow-up
• Hiring your own team and helping it grow within projects, with clients, and within SII
• Support to the operational management of the Business Unit
• Monitoring key performance indicators (activity, margin, forecast)
• Preparing reports and supporting the day-to-day coordination of the unit

PROFIL

YOUR PROFILE

• An Engineering degree
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Initial experience in technical roles
• Strong organizational skills, active listening, and a client-oriented mindset
• Dynamism, rigor, ambition, and an entrepreneurial spirit
