Verisure is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join the Madrid-based Data & Analytics team. You will turn data into actionable insights, drive KPI-driven reporting, and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to enable informed decisions.

The role focuses on strengthening data foundations, ensuring data quality, and partnering with Data Engineering and Data Science to build a scalable data environment. Strong English and experience with large datasets are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• A couple of years of experience in Business Intelligence or Analytics
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets
• Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
• Knowledge of data modelling and KPI design
• Advanced Excel skills
• Professional level of English

What You’ll Do

Drive insights that matter

Cut through complexity to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Translate business challenges into sharp insights and actionable recommendations that influence real decisions across commercial, operational, customer and financial functions.

Deliver reporting that drives action

Own and evolve dashboards that don’t just inform—but guide. Ensure KPIs are meaningful, trusted, and aligned with business goals, while continuously raising the bar on how performance is tracked and understood.

Partner with the business

Work closely with stakeholders across the organization, challenging assumptions and shaping decisions. Communicate insights with clarity and impact, becoming a go-to partner for performance questions.

Strengthen data foundations

Champion data quality and consistency across sources. Collaborate with Data Engineering and Data Science to improve reliability and build a stronger, more scalable data environment.

You bring a strong analytical mindset, paired with natural curiosity and a proactive approach. You’re not afraid to explore beyond the obvious, ask questions, and uncover insights that others might miss. At the same time, you thrive in a flexible, fast-moving environment where priorities can evolve, and you’re comfortable adapting while keeping quality high.
