Moeve in Madrid is seeking a Business Insights Analyst to join the Cross-Business & Data Insights team within Commercial Integration, part of the Trading area. You will turn data and business insight into concrete commercial actions to drive growth and profitability.

You will identify value gaps, translate market dynamics, support pricing, and design data portals while collaborating with Commercial Integration and Business Units.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in business analytics, commercial analysis, or similar roles.
• Exposure to pricing, markets, or revenue analysis.
• Experience in the energy sector or similar industries is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and close value gaps in cross-business data, developing robust analytical models to strengthen insight quality and support high-impact decisions.
• Consolidate insights across Business Units, combining external market dynamics with internal data to create a coherent, enterprise-wide view.
• Deliver clear, actionable price signals to commercial teams, translating market complexity into guidance that supports revenue growth and margin optimization.
• Design and manage the Cross-Business Data Portal, ensuring trusted data flows across the organization to enable better decisions and alignment.
• Act as an advisor to key stakeholders, providing forward-looking insights to support integrated, end-to-end decision-making.

We are looking for a Business Insights Analyst to join the Cross-Business & Data Insights team within Commercial Integration, which sits in the Trading area.

In this role, you will turn data and business insight into concrete commercial actions. By identifying value gaps, translating market dynamics, and supporting pricing and strategic decisions, you will directly impact growth and profitability across the business.

You will help build a more integrated, insight-driven organization, improving how teams respond to market changes and capture new opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and close value gaps in cross-business data, developing robust analytical models to strengthen insight quality and support high-impact decisions
• Consolidate insights across Business Units, combining external market dynamics (e.g. competitor behavior) with internal data to create a coherent, enterprise-wide view
• Deliver clear, actionable price signals to commercial teams, translating market complexity into guidance that supports revenue growth and margin optimization
• Design and manage the Cross-Business Data Portal, ensuring trusted data flows across the organization to enable better decisions and alignment
• Act as an advisor to key stakeholders (Commercial Integration, Business Units, etc.), providing forward-looking insights to support integrated, end-to-end decision-making

• Strong experience with SQL
• Advanced level in Power BI (data modeling, dashboards)
• Solid experience in data analysis and automation

Experience
