Teleperformance Spain is seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to drive inbound and outbound new business for a leading AI company. You will identify, engage, and close new clients with a consultative, data-driven approach from Barcelona.

The role rewards a proactive hunter with strong digital marketing knowledge, a passion for AI and excellence in client interactions. Base salary starts at €26,000 gross/year with an uncapped on-target bonus of €6,025 gross/year.

Formación

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in B2B sales or business development.
• Strong communication skills with C-level interaction capability.
• Experience using Salesforce or other CRM tools and outbound sales skills.
• Proactive hunter with consultative selling approach and digital marketing knowledge.
• Fluency in French (C1) and English (B2) is required.

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive to drive conversion for inbound and outbound new business acquisition for one of the leading AI companies worldwide. This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and closing new clients. The ideal candidate is a proactive hunter with strong digital marketing knowledge and a passion for consultative sales. Having curiosity, a commercial drive and a customer centric approach are critical.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients through inbound & outbound prospecting (cold calls, email, social selling)

• Generate new business opportunities and build a robust sales pipeline

• Conduct needs analysis and present AI advertising solutions tailored to client goals

• Drive full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals

• Achieve and exceed revenue and activity targets

• Maintain accurate tracking of all sales activities in CRM (e.g., Salesforce)

• Collaborate with internal teams for onboarding and customer success handover

• Upsell and cross-sell additional solutions when applicable

• Language Skills: C1 level of French and B2 level of English

• Strong digital marketing knowledge (SEO, PPC, Ads ecosystem, advanced client knowledge)

• Experience in pre-sales/lead qualification

• Proven experience in B2B sales or business development

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience

• Strong communication skills, including C-level interaction

• Experience using Salesforce or other CRM tools

• Experience in outbound sales and cold calling

• Compensation & Benefits: We offer a competitive base salary complemented by an uncapped bonus structure, directly rewarding your individual contributions and success without limitation. Your earning potential is entirely driven by your performance.

  • Base Salary: €26,000 gross/year
  • On-Target Bonus: €6,025 gross/year (completely uncapped)

• Full-time (39 hours/week) position in Barcelona
