A leading crop protection company in Madrid is seeking a Business Developer Innovations to expand their market presence in Southern Europe. The role requires at least 7 years of experience in crop protection, a strategic approach to project management, and fluency in either Spanish or Italian. The candidate will support product launches and build a network of distributors while representing the company at industry events.

Business Developer Innovations

with deep roots in the crop protection industry to help us grow our footprint in Southern Europe.

A challenging job content

You are able to build a strong technical basis and understanding about our innovations and to transform your technical knowledge in compelling use recommendations to support a quick and convincing adoption in the market.

You lead pre-launch initiatives and support distributors to ensure successful product introductions through demo trials, technical training and presentations.

You are well connected with a solid network of distributors, CRO’s, advisors and industry influencers in at least Spain and Italy and are capable to build such a network in other South- European countries.

You represent Globachem at local congresses and symposiums.

You work closely with your colleagues from Sales&Marketing, and also across other departments such as R&D, Product Development, Regulatory and Supply Chain.

You are part of the Sales & Marketing department and report to the Business Development Manager at our Headquarters in Belgium.

You have at least 7 years of experience in a commercial role in crop protection and you have experience in the launching of new products.

You are fluent in Spanish or Italian (native level) and English. You apply a strategic and commercial approach in managing your projects.

You are a hands‑on self‑starter driven by innovation.
