Cross Border Talents is seeking a Business Development Representative with native or near-native German skills to join our Barcelona-based AI platform team. This hybrid, full-time role offers a relocation package and August 2025 start.

You will grow in a fast-moving SaaS environment and receive structured onboarding and BDR training. No prior tech sales experience is required, and the team operates in English as the working language.

Formación

• Native or fluent German (C1/C2) essential.
• Fluent in English (working language of the team).
• 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, customer service, or client-facing roles.
• Strong communication skills, confident on the phone and in writing.
• EU work authorization or eligible for visa sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect and qualify new business opportunities in the DACH market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) through outbound calls, email, and LinkedIn.
• Engage German-speaking decision-makers to generate interest in our AI platform.
• Book discovery calls and demos for the Account Executive team.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data and activity logs in the CRM.
• Collaborate with marketing on targeted outreach campaigns.
• Meet and exceed monthly KPIs for outreach volume, meetings booked, and pipeline generated.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For
