You will bridge business stakeholders, technical leads, and solution architects to define scope and process architecture for telecom modernization. Qualifications

• 7+ years as a Business Analyst in telecom carriers, MVNOs, or large IT transformation programs.
• Hands-on OSS/BSS experience (billing, provisioning, order management, CRM).
• Strong knowledge of TM Forum eTOM and carrier-grade governance.
• Experience working with operator teams in Latin America or North America.
• Fluent English and Spanish (spoken and written).

Responsabilités

• Document current-state business and system landscapes; map end-to-end legacy-to-target provisioning, activation, and billing processes.
• Produce interface catalogs, data dictionaries, business process maps, and traceability matrices.

The Role
