Nextlane, a forward‑looking software partner in the automotive industry, is seeking a Billing Analyst to join our Finance team. You will design and run NetSuite queries, manage subscription data, and produce actionable reports to support operational decisions.

You’ll work in a hybrid setup, collaborating with a diverse team across regions. Native French is required, with good English a plus, and at least 2 years in business analysis. Remote-friendly perks are available.

Qualifications

• Experience: minimum 2 years as a business analyst.
• Languages: Native French speaker; good English is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Technical: comfortable handling and formatting data; advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and run NetSuite queries to address business and customer needs.
• Manage and maintain subscription data; perform basic processing; ensure data accuracy.
• Prepare, cleanse and validate large Excel datasets for NetSuite uploads.
• Produce reports and analyses to support decision-making for operations and management.
• Serve as liaison between Finance and other functions to resolve data and billing issues.
• Participate in cross-functional finance projects and system improvement initiatives.
• Assist with testing, documentation and rollout of new finance solutions.
• Provide KPI reporting and ad hoc analyses to the Billing Manager.

Your Responsibilities:

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for:

• Support the Billing Department by designing and executing NetSuite queries to address business and customer requirements

• Manage and maintain subscription data, perform basic subscription processing, and ensure data accuracy across billing operations.

• Prepare, cleanse, and validate large datasets in Excel for mass uploads into NetSuite.

• Produce reports and analyses to support operational and management decision-making.

• Act as a key liaison between Finance and other business functions to resolve data and billing-related issues.

• Participate in cross-functional finance projects, process improvement initiatives, and system enhancements.

• Assist with testing, documentation, and implementation of new finance solutions.

• Provide analytical and operational support to the Billing Manager, including KPI reporting and ad hoc analyses.

• Contribute to the optimization and automation of billing processes.

• Ensure compliance with finance controls, data governance standards, and best practices.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: minimum 2 years of experience as business analyst

• Languages: Native French Speaker; Good level of English is a plus.

• Communication: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Technical Skills:

• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to collaborate in a diverse and dynamic environment.

Our Recruitment Process:

1. 15-minute introductory call with our Talent Acquisition Specialist.

2. 45 minutes to 1h30 : Interview with the head of the billing department

3. 30 minutes : assessment of technical skills if the candidate is shortlisted

4. 30 to 45 minutes : Interview with the head of the billing department and the Finance Director France.
