The role acts as a bridge between business and technology teams, translating needs into functional specifications and supporting project delivery that improves operational efficiency and customer experience. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience working with business and technical teams on digital projects.
• Strong understanding of financial services processes, especially loan lifecycle.
• Experience with Jira or similar project management tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements for financial processes.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and design functional IT solutions.
• Collaborate across business areas for alignment of processes.
• Translate business needs into clear technical specifications.
• Support the delivery of digital products and internal solutions.
• Coordinate UAT and work with development teams to ensure delivery.
• Monitor risks and support change governance.
