Finsolutia is expanding its Madrid Data Team and seeks a Business Analyst (ETL/SQL/BI) with 2-3 years of relevant experience. You will validate, organize, and transform files from multiple sources, ensuring data quality and consistency across the end-to-end process.

You will collaborate with technical and business teams, document rules, and support automation and optimization of data procedures, delivering valuable client deliverables and insights. Fluency in English is mandatory.

Formación

• Higher education in Management, Economics, Finance, Information Technologies, Engineering, or similar areas.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis or Business Analytics roles.
• Previous experience in the financial/credit sector (preferable).
• Proven experience in data processing, transformation, and analysis.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (mandatory).
• Knowledge of data visualization tools such as PowerBI.
• Fluency in English (mandatory).

For this reason, we are looking for a Business Analyst (ETL/SQL/BI) with at least 2-3 years of experience performing similar duties to join our Data Team in Madrid.

What will you do on a day-to-day basis?

• Reception, validation, and organization of files from different sources;
• Ensuring the quality and consistency of data throughout the entire process;
• Documentation of processes, business rules, and transformations applied to the data;
• Collaboration with technical and business teams to ensure alignment of data requirements;
• Support in the automation and optimization of data processing procedures.
• Data analysis to identify patterns, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement;
• Production of outputs and final files (deliverables) with added value for the client;

What knowledge and skills will you need to have to succeed in the position?

• Higher education in Management, Economics, Finance, Information Technologies, Engineering, or similar areas;
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis or Business Analytics roles;
• Previous experience in the financial / credit sector (preferable);
• Proven experience in data processing, transformation, and analysis;
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (mandatory), namely manipulation of large volumes of data;
• Good knowledge of Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, etc);
• Experience in handling structured and unstructured files (CSV, Excel, TXT, among others);
• Experience with data analysis tools (SQL or similar), knowledge of Python is a plus;
• Knowledge of data visualization tools such as PowerBI;
• Fluency in English (mandatory)
