Amaris Consulting in Madrid is seeking a proactive Business Analyst to bridge business needs and tech solutions. You will gather requirements, analyze processes, and help deliver digital solutions for international clients in an agile environment.

You'll work with stakeholders, translate needs into functional specs, write user stories, and support backlog refinement. The role offers a hybrid work model, English and Spanish required, and opportunities for growth within a global group.

Formación

Your Mission & Impact

As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in bridging business needs and technology solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, analyze business processes, and support the delivery of innovative digital solutions that create value for leading international clients.

What We're Looking For

• 1--2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Excel, or similar.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
