Job summary

BTS seeks a Consultant Intern in Madrid to translate strategies into action, engaging with leaders to craft experiences that shift thinking and capability development.

You will support workshops, help design learning journeys, analyze challenges, and manage multiple projects with a cross‑functional team to deliver client impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of prior experience in a consulting/learning/enterprise environment.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English; excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Strong ability to design and deliver client-ready experiences and workshops.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally within EU.

Responsibilities

• Support facilitation of strategic workshops and training sessions, both in-person and virtual.
• Assist in designing customized learning journeys and simulations with global Centers of Expertise.
• Analyze business challenges to generate insights connecting strategy, leadership, and execution.
• Support management of multiple projects, ensuring quality, impact, and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to blend creativity, analysis, and a human touch.

What You’ll Do

As a Consultant Intern at BTS , you’ll support organizations in translating their strategies into action. You’ll work closely with clients — from senior executives to emerging leaders — to help design and deliver experiences that change how people think, act, and lead.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Supporting the facilitation of strategic workshops and training sessions, both in-person and virtual, helping teams connect their goals to business performance.
• Contributing to the design of customized learning journeys and simulations, in partnership with our global Centers of Expertise.
• Analyzing business challenges to generate insights and recommendations that bridge strategy, leadership, and execution.
• Supporting the management of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality, impact, and client satisfaction.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, bringing together creativity, analytical thinking, and a human touch.
