Job summary

J.P. Morgan Personal Investing is seeking a Product Manager for Brokerage to drive end-to-end product life cycles, acting as the voice of the customer and delivering profitable, scalable investment products.

You will lead discovery, define strategy, and guide cross-functional teams to ensure customer value and strong client experiences. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Operations and Investments to maintain a clear roadmap, manage a robust backlog, and measure success

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management or a relevant domain in financial services or technology.
• Proven track record in wealth management products and brokerage/mutual funds lifecycle.
• Advanced knowledge of product development lifecycle, design, and data analytics.
• Experience leading lifecycle activities from discovery to value management.
• Experience delivering large, complex digital product initiatives with cross-team dependencies.
• Ability to map technical requirements and dependencies for multi-country needs.

Responsibilities

• Develops a clear product strategy delivering customer value aligned with firm objectives.
• Manages discovery and market research to uncover customer needs and integrate into roadmap.
• Owns and evolves a product backlog supporting the roadmap and value proposition.
• Tracks key success metrics: cost, features, reliability, risk posture.
• Forges strong relationships across internal teams and external partners.
• Defines and manages an organized roadmap and backlog for impactful delivery.
• Drives continuous improvement in product development processes and efficiency.
• Translates business and technical objectives into clear engineering priorities.
• Oversees development, testing, and release management to ensure quality.
