Jobtailor is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to transform client visions into innovative visual solutions. You will create storyboards, layouts, and campaigns, ensuring brand guidelines are followed across digital and print media.

With 3–5 years of experience and strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality work on tight timelines.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in graphic design or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in graphic design or related field.
• Strong creative and conceptual design skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat).
• Some knowledge of web development platforms and prototyping software.
• Proficient in creating compelling and interactive design solutions in PowerPoint.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook and SharePoint).
• Technical understanding of digital and print media.
• Proficient understanding of copyright regulations.
• Experience with event management/registration platforms such as Cvent, Eventbrite, Bizzabo, Splash, or similar is a plus.
• Familiarity with digital event experiences, registration journeys, and attendee communications is desirable.
• Experience working in a virtual environment is preferred.
• Excellent work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
• Ability to leverage brand guidelines and develop creative initiatives.
• Communication, active listening and diplomacy skills.
• Ability to gain in-depth knowledge of firm brand, strategy and standards.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with internal clients to present, influence and negotiate design deliverables aligned with business needs
• Transform client visions and business needs into innovative products or deliverables
• Create and co-develop storyboards and layouts aligned with creative briefs
• Conceptualize and execute design solutions
• Design clear and visually compelling campaigns and presentations
• Manage multiple projects, milestones, timelines and budgets
• Seek mentorship, coaching and feedback from senior designers and art directors
• Collaborate with art directors, senior designers, consultants, writers, animators and videographers
• Participate in creative ideation sessions and design sprints
• Serve as a brand ambassador and advocate for visual identity strategy and guidelines
• Work off-site or travel as required for project teams
• Identify and resolve obstacles using communication, judgment and decisive action
• Forecast resource needs or vendor options and offer alternatives
• Evaluate conflicting project requirements and maintain workflow within compressed time frames
• Work independently; performance and work reviewed regularly
