Flodesk in Barcelona is seeking a senior web designer to own and grow Studio blocks within Flodesk’s design system. You’ll shape responsive layouts, states, and token-driven components, expanding the system with consistency and scale.

Lead design across pages and templates, collaborating with engineers and product teams from concept through QA. A strong portfolio, AI-aware workflows, and brand stewardship are essential for success.

Formación

• Outstanding web design craft with a portfolio showing strong pages and interfaces.
• Articulated design judgment about conversion and usability.
• Production design system experience: built or improved a system with components, tokens, naming and documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Design the product blocks across the product: layout, responsive behavior, states, composition rules.
• Own the Figma source of truth and definitions consumed by the block pipeline.
• Build a web design system for Flodesk surfaces and templates, ensuring on-brand output and scalable patterns.
• Create brand toolkits and presets in Figma for non-designers to use.
• Collaborate closely with engineers and product teams from definition through build and QA.
