BIMBA Y LOLA is looking for an Assistant Manager in Barcelona to lead the store in collaboration with the Store Manager, delivering outstanding customer service and acting as the principal brand ambassador. You will drive sales, maintain visual standards, and oversee daily operations when the SM is absent.

You will train the team, motivate staff, manage stock and cash processes, and ensure the omnichannel experience aligns with brand philosophy.

Responsabilidades

• Maximize store sales and foster customer relationships
• Meet store targets and KPIs
• Support Store Manager with business strategies and brand ambassador duties
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
• Manage opening/closing procedures, cash control, and stock room organization
• Provide feedback and training to team, ensuring a positive work atmosphere
• Align with omnichannel strategy to deliver a seamless BYL Experience
• Keep up-to-date with BYL product knowledge and fashion trends
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and brand guidelines
