Internationalschools in Spain seeks a Boarding Supervisor to oversee student welfare, discipline, and safety within the boarding house. You will actively promote a positive living environment and ensure safeguarding standards are met.
You will organize and supervise activities, coordinate with staff, and maintain open communication with parents and guardians to support student well-being and successful residence life.
Responsibilities: Manage student welfare and discipline within the boarding house. Organize and supervise activities and events. Ensure safety and well-being of all boarders. Maintain communication with parents and guardians.
Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent organizational and leadership abilities. Ability to handle emergencies calmly and efficiently.
Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in an educational setting. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
