Kymos-Group in Spain is seeking a highly motivated Scientist to join the Biopharmaceutical Analysis team. The role focuses on transfer studies of Biological products and validation of Small Molecules in a GMP-regulated environment.

You will design, supervise and execute studies, work with chromatography and HPLC, lead projects, draft technical documentation, and mentor staff while ensuring GMP compliance and timely client communications.

Formación

• Experience in transfer and validation studies of Biologics and Small Molecules.
• GMP-regulated environment experience is required.
• Hands-on chromatography and HPLC techniques are essential.
• Ability to lead projects, meet deadlines and communicate with clients.
• Experience drafting and reviewing technical documentation (protocols, reports, SOPs, COAs) and maintaining QA records.
• Mentor and supervise laboratory staff to ensure quality and compliance.

We are seeking a highly motivated Scientist to join our Biopharmaceutical Analysis team. This role, reporting to the Department Manager, focuses on the transfer studies of Biological products and validation of Small Molecules products in a GMP-regulated environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, supervision and execution of the transfer and validations studies of Biological and Small Molecules Products.
• Hands-on experience with techniques such as chromatography and HPLC.
• Lead and manage assigned the assigned projects keeping the deadlines and establishing a direct communication with the client
• Draft, review, and manage technical documentation associated with the studies (protocols, reports, standard procedures, certificates of analysis, etc.)
• Supervise and mentor laboratory analysts and technical staff during experimental work, promoting scientific excellence and GMP compliance.
