Kymos is seeking a highly motivated Scientist to join our Biopharmaceutical Analysis team in a hybrid arrangement in Catalonia. The role focuses on transfer studies of Biological products and validation of Small Molecules in a GMP-regulated environment.

You will design and supervise studies, work hands-on with HPLC and other techniques, and manage technical documentation while mentoring staff and ensuring GMP compliance. Fluency in English (B2) is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmac y, or related life science field.
• Solid hands-on experience in HPLC methods; Quality Control of Proteins is a plus.
• In-depth understanding of GMP requirements.
• Experience with electrophoretic techniques, Western-Blot and ELISAs is a strong asset.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills; ability to manage multiple projects.
• English level equivalent to Cambridge First Certificate (B2) or higher.
• Availability to work in afternoon shifts (1:30 PM-9:30 PM).

Responsabilidades

• Design, supervision and execution of transfer and validation studies of Biological and Small Molecules products.
• Hands-on experience with chromatography and HPLC.
• Lead and manage assigned projects, ensuring deadlines and client communication.
• Draft, review and manage technical documentation (protocols, reports, SOPs, certificates of analysis).
• Supervise and mentor laboratory analysts and staff, promoting GMP compliance.
