Job summary

Ferrovial Construction is seeking a BIM Engineer to generate 3D models, 2D and isometric drawings, and BIM workflows for bidding and execution across multiple projects. The role includes data capture, model generation, and collaboration with install teams.

Responsibilities include supporting quality, BIM and safety standards, and assisting on-site with installations, with occasional travel to project locations. A strong command of Revit, AutoCAD Plant 3D, and MS Office is required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of AutoCAD Plant 3D.
• Knowledge of Revit (Structures, Architecture and MEP).
• Desirable knowledge of Dynamo and Python.
• Desirable knowledge of laser scanning and digital data capture methods.
• Intermediate level in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel occasionally to project locations.

Responsibilities

• Generate 3D models for bidding and execution projects.
• Generate 2D and isometric drawings for bidding and execution.
• Generate P&IDs, PFDs and isometrics for bidding and execution.
• Generate BIM models for bidding and execution.
• Assist in supervising installation and assembly of electromechanical equipment.
• Manage and archive all documents per internal procedures.
• Support proper application of Quality, BIM and Safety standards.
• Collaborate to identify and solve technical issues in projects.
