A leading cloud software provider in Barcelona is seeking a Billing Administrator to manage billing operations and improve financial processes. You will oversee invoices, manage overdue accounts, and ensure compliance with policies and local laws. The ideal candidate has 4-5 years of experience in billing administration and proficiency in accounting software like SAP. Fluent in both French and English at C1 level is required. This role offers a hybrid work model with flexible hours and various benefits.

YOUR IMPACT
  • Oversee thebilling process, ensuringaccurate,timelyinvoices and prompt resolution of discrepancies.
  • Manage overdue accountsby following up with customers and negotiating payments.
  • Maintainhigh-quality datain CRM and accounting systems, ensuring accuracy across all billing and collections.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (finance, sales, customer success) to improve billing and payment procedures.
  • Ensure all billing and collections activitiescomply withcompany policies, local laws, and industry standards.
  • Provideexcellent customer support, addressing billing-related inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
THIS IS YOU
  • You have at least4-5 years of experiencein billing administration or a related role.
  • You are proficient withaccounting software(e.g., Business Central, Sage, SAP) andCRM systems(e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • You are fluent in both French and English (C1 level).
  • You possess excellentcommunication, negotiation, and problem-solvingskills.
  • You are detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • You are comfortable navigatingbusiness applicationsand ensuring data integration between customer management systems and accounting platforms.
