ADP is hiring an Instructional Designer with advanced English and French to create engaging learning solutions using ADP standards. The role involves design documents, testing content, needs assessments, translations, and measurement to meet learning needs across the organization.

You will collaborate across the learning organization, applying innovative instructional design techniques to support a large, diverse workforce of associates and clients.

Formación

• 3+ years experience in instructional development, adult learning theory, or technical writing.
• Proficient with eLearning tools such as Captivate, Articulate 360, Camtasia, SnagIt, Audacity, and/or Vyond.
• Experience with a Learning Management System (e.g., Litmos).
• Graphic design skills are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Apply innovative design thinking to develop learning solutions aligned with ADP standards.
• Use agile approaches to design and deliver content across modalities.
• Design holistic, flexible solutions involving team members and business partners.
• Develop solutions across learning modalities and ensure continuous learning.
• Measure outcomes to ensure business impact of learning solutions.
• Maintain outside-in perspective and build peer networks across ADP.
