Capitole Consulting in Madrid, Spain, is seeking an IT Project Manager to deliver complex IT, software and digital transformation projects. You will oversee governance, planning, reporting, risk management and cross-disciplinary coordination to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role emphasizes collaboration with IT, software development and engineering teams, with an international stakeholder base and periodic travel. The position is hybrid with office presence required initially.

Formación

• Experience leading IT/software/digital transformation projects.
• Proven ability coordinating software applications and IT systems delivery.
• Strong governance, planning, reporting, budget tracking, risk management.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid methodologies.
• Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Confluence.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, execute, and monitor IT, software development and digital transformation projects.
• Coordinate projects involving software applications, IT systems and digital solutions from requirements to go-live.
• Maintain project plans, budgets, risks, dependencies and documentation.
• Coordinate governance activities, steering committees, status reporting and stakeholder communication.
• Track progress, risks, issues, dependencies, resources and financial KPIs.
• Coordinate software development, IT/infrastructure, business, engineering and external partner teams.
• Support testing, UAT, deployment and project delivery activities.
• Travel occasionally to project sites.
