Job summary

CPL Aromas is seeking a Finance Manager to maintain accurate accounts, support month-end closings and audits, and assist with budgets and forecasts. You will manage supplier invoices, intercompany activities, and treasury tasks while ensuring tax compliance and robust financial reporting.

The role requires 3–5 years in a similar position, fluent Spanish and strong English, and experience with MS Office and D365. A collaborative team environment in Spain awaits.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in an equivalent finance role.
• Experience in import/export activities (preferred).
• High level of Spanish (C1–C2) and English (B2–C1).
• Knowledge of cost accounting, reporting, and financial analysis.
• Proficiency with financial software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Keep the company’s accounts accurate and up to date, including month-end closing and audits.
• Post and register supplier invoices (services) and reconcile intercompany balances.
• Manage banking, cash flow, and treasury tasks; maintain databases.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and support monthly closing processes.
• Assist with tax management processes (VAT, Intrastat, SII) and compliance.
