The ideal candidate should be bilingual (English and Spanish), possess strong communication skills, and have previous experience in team management. This role offers a monthly salary of 1250 Euros NET, with additional incentives based on student enrollment.

• Proactive and organized with experience in team management.

• Previous experience in customer service and sales is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Support and coach teaching staff for quality programming.
• Oversee daily operations including scheduling and group management.
• Act as main point of contact for parents and ensure safety protocols.
• Coordinate supplies and maintain classroom readiness.
