Algoritmia продолжает расти и ищет Senior BI Consultant / Data Analyst для работы над аналитикой данных и цифровой трансформацией клиентов из разных секторов. Вы будете работать с Microsoft Power BI, Dynamics 365 Business Central и Power Automate, помогая улучшать бизнес-процессы заказчиков.

Вам предстоит проектирование и развитие отчетности, моделирование данных, внедрение ETL-процессов и применение AI-инструментов в рамках проектов.

Formación

• Высшее образование в инженерии, информатике, данных или близкой области.
• Опыт анализа данных и проектов по эксплуатации данных, особенно с Power BI.
• Опыт проектирования отчетов, дашбордов и моделей данных.
• Умение переводить требования в эффективные аналитические решения.
• Автономность, аналитический склад ума и клиентоориентированность.
• Хорошие коммуникативные навыки и умение работать в команде.
• Продвинутый опыт Power BI: DAX, Power Query, моделирование данных.
• Знание SQL и ETL.
• Знание Dynamics 365 Business Central и его модели данных.
• Опыт работы с Power Automate и экосистемой Microsoft.

Responsabilidades

• Разработка и поддержка отчетов и дашбордов в Power BI, поддержка принятия бизнес-решений.
• Анализ, подготовка, трансформация и моделирование данных из различных источников.
• Определение источников данных, обеспечение их качества и надежности.
• Интеграция данных из Dynamics 365 Business Central и других систем.
• Работа с клиентами: выявление потребностей и предложение решений.
• Оптимизация моделей данных, запросов и отчетов для повышения производительности.
• Автоматизация процессов и рабочих процессов с помощью Power Automate.
• Документация решений и участие в улучшении проектов.
• Поиск и применение возможностей AI, например Copilot, для улучшения анализа.

Algoritmia continues to grow and is looking for a Senior BI Consultant / Data Analyst to join our team and take part in data analytics and digital transformation projects for clients across different sectors. We are a technology consultancy specializing in Microsoft solutions. Specifically, we are looking for someone to join the Business Central team, helping companies improve their business processes through tools such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Power BI, and Power Automate. • Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI, facilitating business decision-making.
• Analyze, prepare, transform, and model data from different sources.
• Identify and define data sources, ensuring their quality, consistency, and reliability.
• Integrate and use data from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and other business systems.
• Work with clients to understand their needs and propose data analysis solutions tailored to their processes.
• Optimize data models, queries, and reports to improve performance and efficiency.
• Automate processes and workflows using Power Automate when necessary.
• Document the solutions developed and take part in the continuous improvement of projects.
• Explore and apply AI capabilities, such as Copilot, to improve data analysis and use processes.

Требования:

• University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data, or a similar field.
• Established experience in data analysis and data exploitation projects, especially with Microsoft Power BI.
• Experience designing and developing reports, dashboards, and data models tailored to business needs.
• Ability to analyze functional requirements and turn them into efficient analytical solutions.
• An autonomous profile with analytical and problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Advanced experience with Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
• Knowledge of SQL and experience querying and transforming data from different sources.
• Experience with data integration and ETL processes.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and its data model.
• Experience with Power Automate and the Microsoft ecosystem.

Будет плюсом:

Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Services, and AI tools applied to data analysis will be valued
