Guerlain, part of LVMH Beauty Iberia, seeks a Beauty Consultant to act as Brand ambassador, achieving sales targets while promoting the Brand image and delivering the highest standard of customer service in-store.

You will initiate contact, build relationships with customers, identify needs, and present personalized offers. English (B2/C1) is desirable; French a plus. 2–3 years in luxury retail preferred; merchandising and stock monitoring are part of the role.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of experience in retail or service industry, ideally in luxury, beauty or fashion.
• English (B2/C1 desirable) and French a plus.
• Familiarity with IT loyalty programs and merchandising practices is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Sell Guerlain products and provide a high standard customer service throughout the sale.

• Propose and demonstrate personalized product offers.
• Develop personal and durable relationships with customers, through IT loyalty program, sampling, etc.
• Achieve retail sales targets on a monthly basis.
• Participate in merchandising maintenance / inventory according to corporate guidelines.
• Monitor stock levels, report issues to the Supervisor to ensure product availability.
• Conduct all assigned operational and administrative tasks.

The mission of the Beauty Consultant is to be the Brand ambassador. This person will need to achieve sales targets while promoting the Brand image and providing the highest standard customer service. As a member of Guerlain, she/he represents the Brand values towards the customers and demonstrates the Brand attitude at all times.

• Experience: 2-3 years of previous professional experience in retail or service industry, ideally in the luxury, beauty or fashion environment
