Job summary

BBVA Be Talent BBVA Seed Program – Risks Edition is a 24‑month graduate program hosted at Ciudad BBVA in Madrid, rotating through Risks units every six months. You will gain a comprehensive view of BBVA operations, building skills in data analytics, technology, and risk management.

Participants join as permanent full‑time staff in a hybrid setup (60% in office, 40% remote). The program provides mentoring, training, and a clear path into a Risk team aligned to your strengths and BBVA’s business

Qualifications

• Graduate with a degree in a quantitative or business field and strong academic record.
• Interest and knowledge in finance, risk management, and data science.
• Excellent communication in English and Spanish at C1 level.

Responsibilities

• Rotate every six months across different Risk units at BBVA Ciudad BBVA Madrid.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and geographies to deliver projects.
• Develop technical competencies in data analytics, AI, and risk management.
