BBVA in Madrid invites recent graduates to join the Be Talent BBVA: Global Seed Program, a 24-month, rotational experience at Ciudad BBVA. You will rotate every 6 months through diverse areas including Internal Audit, Corporate & Investment Banking, Digital Banks, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Retail Solutions, Strategy & M&A, HR, and more.

You’ll have an international stay of 4 to 6 weeks, mentoring, and a path to join a team that suits your skills and interests, fostering a broad, practical

Qualifications

• Academic background and knowledge in economics/finance fields; graduated 2025–2027.
• Strong academic record and a university degree in the disciplines listed.
• Desirable postgraduate training in Finance, Data Science, AI, FinTech or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Rotations every 6 months across key functional areas in Madrid.
• Gain cross-functional exposure and a global perspective of BBVA.
• Participate in international assignment lasting 4–6 weeks.

About the job

The "Be Talent BBVA: Global Seed Program" is an initiative designed for recent graduates. Over 24 months, you will work on diverse projects, rotating every 6 months through different key functional areas and roles at our Ciudad BBVA headquarters in Madrid.

Project assignment areas include:

• Internal Audit
• Commercial Client Solutions
• Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB)
• Digital Banks
• Engineering
• Finance
• Legal

• Talent & Culture (HR)

We will take into account your professional goals, experience, skills, and interests to align your rotations.

International Assignment

Throughout the program, you will have the opportunity to complete an international stay of 4 to 6 weeks at one of BBVA’s global headquarters.

Program Completion

Upon completing the program, you will consolidate into a team based on your skills, career path, and business needs.

Key Objective

This program offers you a 360-degree view of BBVA’s operations, allowing you to develop technical competencies and essential skills in an ever-evolving sector.

Academic Background and Knowledge

We are looking for graduates with a higher degree (bachelor’s or double degree) with a graduation date between 2025 and 2027 (both inclusive).

Academic degree

University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Actuarial Sciences, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Data Science, Engineering, double degrees, or other legal, scientific, or technological disciplines, with interest and knowledge in the economic-financial field.

Master's/postgraduate degree (desirable)

Postgraduate training in Finance, Business Analytics, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Quantitative Models, Actuarial Sciences, FinTech, or related fields will be valued.

Academic Record

Have an excellent academic record.

Work Experience

Prior work experience is not required, although internships or previous jobs will be positively valued.

You have a global mindset (interest in intercultural exposure is favorable). You are willing to learn and develop your profile, experimenting with new ideas with a positive and enthusiastic attitude. Ability to work in a team and maintain constant communication across different regions and business areas. Proactivity, analytical capability, a problem-solving mindset, and critical thinking. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of databases and familiarity with artificial intelligence (AI) tools, with an interest in applying them in professional environments. Eligibility

It is an essential requirement to hold a valid residence and work permit to sign the employment contract with BBVA in Spain.
