Nikki Beach Hospitality Group in Marbella is seeking an experienced bartender for a high-end, guest-focused venue. You will craft cocktails, deliver personalized service, greet guests, and work closely with kitchen and floor staff to ensure seamless service.

You must be fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. Benefits include shared tips, service charge, daily staff meals on-site, and the chance to represent an international luxury brand.

Formación

• Proven experience as a bartender in high-end hospitality venues.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; other languages such as Spanish or German are a plus.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare all cocktails, mocktails, and beverages with precision and consistency.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences through professional and personalized service.
• Fully master the beverage and food menu, including ingredients and pairings.
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked bar stations at all times.
• Greet guests, take beverage orders, and confidently recommend drinks and food items.
• Promote daily specials and highlight seasonal creations using suggestive selling techniques.
• Operate the POS system for accurate order entry and payment processing.
• Manage bar inventory and communicate supply needs in a timely manner.
• Adhere to all hygiene, safety, and legal standards, including age verification.
• Follow opening, service, and closing checklists with consistency and accountability.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints calmly and professionally, involving a manager when needed.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond swiftly to requests during service.
• Collaborate with floor and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and communication.
• Participate in team briefings and ongoing training to stay informed and inspired.

Required Qualifications and Competencies

Proven experience as a bartender in high-end hospitality venues

Strong knowledge of cocktails, mixology techniques, and bar operations

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Quick, organized, and detail-oriented, even under pressure

Confident and positive guest-facing demeanor

Strong POS handling and basic cash reconciliation experience

Ability to follow recipes and SOPs with precision

Fluency in English is mandatory; other languages such as Spanish or German are a plus

Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
