Silversea is seeking an onboard Bartender to deliver a refined beverage experience across bar and lounge venues. You will execute cocktails, wines, spirits, and non-alcoholic drinks to exact specifications, upholding Silversea F&B Core Service Standards.

You will maintain venue readiness, engage guests with confident recommendations, and contribute to guest satisfaction and revenue while supporting operational excellence at sea.

The Bartender delivers a refined, personalized, genuine, and consistent beverage experience in all assigned bar and lounge venues onboard. Responsible for flawless execution of cocktail, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverage service, the Bartender ensures every drink reflects Silversea F&B Core Service Standards and Silversea Way service principles.

The Bartender prepares beverages to precise specifications, maintains venue readiness, supports beverage revenue through confident guest engagement and recommendations, and contributes directly to guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
