The Social Hub in Barcelona is seeking a friendly bartender/barista to turn drinks into moments of joy. From espresso to smoothies, you’ll bring craft, calm and charisma to every shift, serving guests with warmth from open to close. You’ll join a lively, multinational team that thrives on collaboration, learning and helping each other shine.

Expect room to grow and a fast-paced environment where your latte art can shine. Fluent English and Spanish are preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Craft and serve high-quality beverages from espresso to smoothies.
• Provide warm, professional service to every guest.
• Assist with restaurant and bar tasks during busy moments.
• Keep the bar tidy, stocked and running smoothly.
• Answer guest questions with confidence about the menu and spaces.
• Operate and care for coffee and drink equipment.
• Support events with setup and service when needed.
• Collaborate with the team to keep operations flowing.
