Arxada seeks a Senior Manager for Financial Compliance to lead ICFR maturity and DoA assurance from Barcelona. The role partners with Finance and GBS to strengthen the control environment and leverage AI-enabled solutions for scalable compliance.

The candidate should have extensive experience in internal controls, SOX/ICFR, and stakeholder engagement, with English fluency and Big 4 exposure preferred.

Formación

• 7–10 years of experience in internal audit, internal controls, or external audit.
• Experience at Big 4 managerial levels or equivalent preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SOX/ICFR frameworks and testing methods.

Responsabilidades

• Lead ICFR maturity roadmap design, testing, and remediation tracking.
• Execute independent DoA compliance testing and report findings with evidence.
• Develop and maintain control documentation, narratives, matrices, and plans.
• Collaborate with Finance and business leaders to strengthen controls.
• Improve ICFR tooling and methodologies for efficient testing and reporting.
• Update risk library with aligned risks, controls, and accounts.
• Educate control owners on responsibilities and compliance requirements.
• Manage external providers for testing and documentation activities.
