Job summary

UBS Barcelona is seeking a Client Account Manager to support Private Bankers with order execution, account openings and documentation. You will coordinate with back-office teams on loans, inheritances and investment proposals, while ensuring MiFID compliance and high client service standards.

The role offers close collaboration with product experts, risk, legal and other support functions in a fast-paced, international environment. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration/Finance (MIFID compliance cert beneficial).
• 2–3 years of Middle Office experience in Private Banking.
• Strong Windows/Microsoft Office skills including Outlook/PowerPoint/Excel/Word.
• Deep understanding of financial products, taxes, banking operations and Bloomberg.

Responsibilities

• Support Private Bankers in execution and follow-up of client orders, account openings, documentation, transfers and new securities.
• Coordinate operations with back-office teams; manage new loans/inheritances; document client meetings and investment proposals per MiFID.
