Degusta Box, based in Barcelona, is offering an Email Marketing & CRM Intern position to support the Acquisition Department in boosting our presence across Europe. You will design on-brand email templates, refine content, run campaigns, and track performance metrics with a focus on segmentation and A/B testing.

Your six-month minimum internship, 40 hours per week, requires ongoing studies in Digital Marketing, Economy or Data Analytics, and professional English (Spanish or German a plus).

Qualifications

• Currently studying a degree in Digital Marketing, Economy or Data Analytics.
• Professional level of English required.
• Excellent Excel skills are a plus.
• Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing on-brand email templates for multiple devices and clients.
• Collaborate to incorporate campaign content and optimize emails.
• Monitor segment performance and run A/B tests to identify opportunities.
• Improve targeting strategies using campaign results and user behavior.
• Test email flows, payment systems, and landing pages; verify tracking in analytics tools.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure error-free customer interactions and campaign goals.
• Monitor competitor campaigns for insights and share findings with the team.
