Dechra Pharmaceuticals PLC in Barcelona is seeking a Data Analyst to turn strategy into clear reports by analyzing sell-in/sell-out data and managing master data for customers and products. You will validate requests and maintain CRM data and reports, enabling data-driven decisions across sales, marketing and business managers.

You will build internal stakeholder relationships, support budgeting/forecasting, and provide training on Targit, Salesforce and BI tools.

Formación

• A higher education or degree within the area of Computer science, Economics, Finance, or related bachelor degree.
• Experience of Business Intelligence systems.
• Ideally 2/3 years’ experience in a similar position.
• Ability to develop key relationships with stakeholders.
• Excellent commercial networking to enable business growth.
• Ability to structure and organize and deliver to tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Natural leadership to lead high performing teams.
• High level of Excel use.
• Knowledge of SQL/Power BI/Targit/Salesforce.

Responsabilidades

• Analysis of sell in and sell out data across all business areas.
• Management of the source master data (customer and product) ensuring data reliability.
• Validating development requests from the business for report improvements.
• Management of the CRM data and reports (maintenance and update).
• Preparation of periodic and ad hoc reports to analyse commercial strategies.
• Collection and consolidation of data from different sources (Excel and SQL Server).
• Process documentation.
• Involvement in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Evaluate and process data to support decisions by sales, marketing and managers.
• Develop strong internal relationships with the sales team to understand the market.
• Ensure the connection between CRM and marketing.
• Provide user support for issues and new functionality.
• Provide training (Targit, Salesforce, BI software) for new users.
