Flyboard.ai is seeking a Forward Deployed AI Engineer to join our Delivery and Core Platform teams in Barcelona. You will write production Python code, integrate with customer systems, and optimize AI voice agent deployments across high-volume workflows.

The role requires 2–5 years of backend experience, strong Python, API integration, and clear communication with customers. This on-site position offers ownership from day one and the chance to help shape platform capabilities with the founding

Formación

• 2–5 years of relevant experience (we value ownership and technical ability)
• Strong Python and backend engineering skills
• Experience building, deploying, and operating production software
• Experience with APIs, webhooks, integrations, databases, and cloud infrastructure
• Ability to translate customer requirements into clear technical implementations
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly

Responsabilidades

• Technical Delivery: implement technical components from definition to production launch
• Customer Collaboration: work with customer tech teams to understand systems and coordinate integrations
• Production Engineering: write clean, maintainable Python code for customer implementations
• API & Integration Development: build and maintain API-based integrations, webhooks, and databases
• AI Agent Implementation: configure and improve AI voice agents and workflows
• Platform Contribution: translate recurring needs into scalable product capabilities
• Deployment Reliability: test, monitor, and troubleshoot deployments in production
• Cross-functional Collaboration: act as the technical link between Delivery, Platform, and customers
• Technical Documentation: document integrations and decisions for future deployments
