Nikki Beach Hospitality Group is hiring a Barback in Marbella, Spain for a full-time seasonal role. The Barback supports the bartending team by stocking stations, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with mise en place to ensure fast, high-quality service.

Ideal candidates are energetic, detail-oriented, and able to work in a high-volume setting. Fluency in English is mandatory, with Spanish or German as a plus. Weekend and holiday availability is required to join our international brand.

Formación

• Experience in hospitality or bar support preferred.
• Fluency in English required; additional languages welcome.
• Able to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.
• Flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure all bar stations are stocked with spirits, beverages, garnishes, ice, glassware, and tools.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar during shifts.
• Refill ice bins, stations, mixers, and bar tools proactively.
• Assist bartenders with mise en place: cutting fruit, prepping syrups, arranging herbs.
• Collect and return used glassware for quick reuse.
• Keep counters, sinks, shelves, and tools sanitized.
• Support trash disposal and recycling according to SOPs.
• Follow opening, service, and closing checklists.
• Respond to bartender requests to maintain flow of service.
• Refill non-alcoholic stations and monitor ice machines.
• Organize and restock inventory in bar storage areas.
• Maintain personal presentation and hygiene to brand standards.
• Join daily briefings and participate in trainings.
• Assist with closing duties: cleaning and stock counts.
• Show teamwork, positivity, and flexibility.
• Follow all SOPs from Bar Supervisors or Managers.
• Contribute to overall bar efficiency so bartenders focus on guest engagement.
