The position requires a high school diploma or GED, food safety certifications, and the ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends. You will collaborate with bakery staff to ensure quality and timely service in a fast-paced retail setting.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED; 1+ year related experience.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Food Handler certification required.
• Manager Food Safety certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Train and develop partners with upper management; schedule and direct work.
• Review sales data and manage inventory to maintain in-stock levels.
• Maintain quality, food safety, and proper product rotation.
• Assist with bakery production, packaging, labeling, and delivery as needed.
• Decorate, display, and merchandize baked goods to promote sales.
• Greet customers and take orders by phone and in person.
