Brookshire Grocery Company seeks a Bakery Manager to oversee bakery operations, supervise staff, and drive department sales while maintaining top-tier customer service. You will plan schedules, train partners, and uphold food safety standards in a fast-paced retail bakery environment.

You will review sales data, manage inventory, and collaborate with store leadership to meet profitability targets while ensuring quality, freshness, and a positive customer experience across shifts.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED with 2+ years related bakery experience.
• Food Handler certification required.
• Manager Food Safety certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Interview, hire, train and develop partners; plan, assign and direct work; appraise performance and discipline as needed.
• Review historical data to predict future bakery sales and manage inventory to keep in-stock levels.
• Oversee bakery production, ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards.
• Maintain safe, clean and sanitary working and shopping environments per company procedures.
• Greet customers, answer questions, and take orders by phone and in person.
