Mimacom busca un Backend Tech Lead para liderar un proyecto internacional en una arquitectura cloud-native basada en .NET y Azure. Trabajarás con equipos de producto, ingeniería y negocio desde un entorno remoto, asegurando soluciones de entrega y excelencia técnica.

Se valorará experiencia en arquitecturas de microservicios, sistemas distribuidos y comunicación efectiva con stakeholders. Se requiere Inglés fluido y capacidad de influencia a lo largo de múltiples equipos.

Formación

• Experiencia amplia como Backend Senior, Lead o Technical Lead.
• Dominio de C# y .NET (preferiblemente .NET 8).
• Experiencia probada con servicios en Azure en entornos de producción.
• Diseño y operación de arquitecturas de microservicios.
• Sólida comprensión de sistemas distribuídos y event-driven.
• Capacidad de comunicar con stakeholders técnicos y no técnicos.

Responsabilidades

• Liderar como referente técnico de una plataforma cloud-native compleja.
• Impulsar iniciativas y asegurar el progreso ante dependencias.
• Cuestionar decisiones técnicas y de negocio cuando sea necesario.
• Identificar riesgos y plantear mitigaciones tempranamente.
• Mentorear a desarrolladores y potenciar su crecimiento técnico.

At Mimacom, we are looking for a Backend Tech Lead to join a long-term international project for a global industry leader. This is a fully remote position where you'll work closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders while helping shape the evolution of a large-scale cloud-native.

You'll Do

As a Backend Tech Lead, you will be responsible for both technical leadership and delivery excellence. You'll play a key role in ensuring that the team is building the right solutions, in the right way, for the right business outcomes.

• Acting as the technical leader for a complex cloud-native platform built on .NET and Azure.
• Proactively driving initiatives, following up on open topics, and ensuring progress even when dependencies move slowly.
• Challenging technical and business decisions when necessary, including product owners, developers, customer stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Identifying risks early and raising concerns before they become delivery or quality issues.
• Building a deep understanding of the customer's business, processes, and challenges.
• Leading architectural discussions and supporting technical decision-making across multiple teams.
• Ensuring high-quality engineering practices and maintainable, scalable solutions.
• Preparing technical documentation, workshops, reviews, and stakeholder meetings in a structured and organized manner.
• Mentoring developers and helping the team grow technically and professionally.

What You'll Need

We're looking for a hands-on leader who combines strong technical expertise with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Required Experience

• Extensive experience as a Senior Backend Engineer, Lead Developer, or Technical Lead.
• Strong expertise in C# and .NET (preferably .NET 8).
• Proven experience working with Azure Cloud services in production environments.
• Experience designing and operating microservice architectures.
• Strong understanding of event-driven and distributed systems.
• Ability to communicate confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Nice to Have

• Angular and TypeScript knowledge to understand the broader platform architecture.
• Experience with IoT platforms and connected devices.
• Knowledge of IoT security concepts, certificate management, Secure Boot, or encryption mechanisms.
• Experience working in multilingual, international environments.
• Italian language skills (major plus).
