Ambit Iberia is seeking a Software Developer to join its Enterprise Integration Platform team in Barcelona. You will focus on backend development with Python and FastAPI while contributing to frontend apps and enterprise integrations.

You will design REST APIs, integrate with AWS services, and work across cloud, APIs, and CI/CD. A strong foundation in software architecture and English fluency is required.

Formación

• 3–7 years of software engineering experience with a cloud-focused mindset.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python, FastAPI, and REST APIs.
• Experience with frontend technologies such as Angular, React, TypeScript, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS.
• Ability to design and consume REST APIs and integrate enterprise applications.
• Solid understanding of software architecture principles: modularity, scalability, maintainability, performance.
• Extensive knowledge of AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, CloudWatch).
• Experience with AWS CloudFormation, Git, Jenkins, OpenShift / Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience building modern web apps using shared frameworks and component libraries.
• Experience integrating Authentication & Authorization, User Management, Notifications & Messaging.
• Fluency in English for collaboration.

• Design and develop backend services, REST APIs, and cloud-native apps using Python and FastAPI.
• Develop and enhance web UIs with modern frontend tech.
• Design, consume, and integrate REST APIs across enterprise apps and services.
• Integrate apps with AWS services, APIs, and engineering tools.
• Build modular, scalable, maintainable software solutions.
• Support development, test, and production environments.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Troubleshoot incidents and drive continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable auth, user mgmt, notifications, messaging, and platform services.
• Develop reusable components, shared libraries, and common platform services.
• Support documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.
