Maisa is a Europe-based early-stage AI startup delivering Agentic Process Automation. This fully remote role lets you shape scalable backend services in Go and Python, deployed on Kubernetes, while collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams across Europe.

Formación

• 3-7+ years of software engineering experience with a strong backend focus.
• Production experience with Go and Python.
• Strong understanding of microservices and distributed systems.
• Experience with Kafka or similar message queue systems.
• Familiarity with Redis (or equivalent in-memory data stores) and MongoDB.
• Experience working with Kubernetes and containerised services in production.
• AWS and GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines experience.
• Comfortable with a fast-moving, ambiguous environment with high ownership.
• Strong communication skills — collaboration with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Genuine curiosity about AI and how it’s reshaping product development.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain backend services in Go and Python across a microservices architecture on Kubernetes.
• Own features end-to-end from design through deployment and iteration.
• Work closely with clients and client-facing teams to translate requirements into reliable solutions.
• Write clean, tested, production-ready code and participate in code reviews.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and raise the technical bar across the team.
• Maintain and improve existing client implementations while building new capabilities.
