Maisa is a fully remote early-stage AI startup with hubs in Madrid, Barcelona and Valencia. You will design, build, and maintain backend services in Go and Python across a microservices architecture deployed on Kubernetes.

You will own features end-to-end, work closely with clients, and help raise the technical bar across the team. The role requires 3-7+ years of backend experience, production Go/Python, and strong knowledge of microservices, Kafka, Redis, MongoDB, Kubernetes, and AWS.

Formación

• 5+ years in software engineering with backend focus.
• Proficient in Go and Python; strong in distributed systems.
• Experience with microservices and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain backend services across microservices on Kubernetes.
• Own features end-to-end from design to deployment.
• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Write clean, production-ready code and participate in code reviews.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and raise technical standards.
• Maintain and evolve client implementations alongside new capabilities.
