Omega CRM Consulting busca un Backend Developer para trabajar con Node.js/TypeScript en una gama de proyectos, centrados en APIs REST, Express.js y soluciones de alto rendimiento.

Se valorará experiencia con PostgreSQL y Redis, y la capacidad de traducir requisitos de negocio en soluciones técnicas, manteniendo buenas prácticas y documentación. Contrato indefinido y posibilidad de Home Office para equilibrar vida personal y profesional.

Formación

• 3-4 años de experiencia demostrable en Backend / Software Developer.
• Backend: Node.js y TypeScript, RESTful APIs y Express.js.
• Comunicación y consultoría: experiencia en roles cliente, traduciendo requisitos en soluciones técnicas.
• Gestión de bases de datos: PostgreSQL (modelado, triggers y funciones).
• Caché y rendimiento: experiencia con Redis para sesiones y caché.
• Buenas prácticas y documentación técnica.

Responsabilidades

• Analizar requerimientos y participar en el diseño técnico.
• Estimar esfuerzo y colaborar con Omega y el cliente.
• Proporcionar soporte y resolver incidencias para seguridad y rendimiento.
• Documentar procesos y medir rendimiento del sistema.
• Validar soluciones contra requisitos de negocio.
• Mantener estándares de calidad y generar documentación técnica.

Omega CRM is a Merkle & Dentsu company, leader in development of Customer Experience services, with +20 years of experience in the use of Technology applied to Marketing and providing a unique Customer Relationship with mainly focus on Innovation is looking for a Backend Developer (Node.js/TypeScript)

Main responsabilities

• Requirements analysis.
• Participate in the technical design of projects.
• Estimate effort for projects.
• Work collaboratively with the rest of the Omega team and/or the client to help achieve project objectives.
• Provide support and resolve technical issues to ensure system security and performance.
• Collaborate with technology providers when required by the project.
• Document processes and track system performance metrics.
• Validate and test the technical solution against business requirements.
• Adhere to the software quality standards agreed upon with Omega's Technical Management.
• Generate technical documentation for completed projects.
• Apply best practices and procedures to ensure projects are executed on time and with the highest quality.

Requirements & Experience

• Role Experience: 3-4 years of proven experience in a similar Backend / Software Developer role.
• Backend Expertise: Strong experience with Node.js and TypeScript, including the development of RESTful APIs and working with Express.js.
• Communication & Consulting: Proven experience in client-facing roles, acting as a key point of contact to translate business requirements into technical solutions, while effectively collaborating with cross-functional technical teams.
• Database Management: Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL (specifically in data modeling, database triggers, and functions).
• Caching & Performance: Hands-on experience using Redis for session management and caching.
• Best Practices: Familiarity with software quality standards and technical documentation.

Desirable / Value-Add Skills (Pluses)

• Cloud & Infrastructure: Experience with Heroku Platform, familiarity with AWS services (S3, Route 53), and understanding of TLS certificates management.
• Architecture & Frontend: Experience with Monorepo architectures and knowledge of Angular and Ionic.
• Languages: Professional working proficiency in English is a strong plus (capable of handling business communication).
